1. how do you get a child to play by themselves in their room??
2. how do I get my child to take an interest in new toys bought? (after 2-3 days she don't care about playing with most new toys)
3. how do I get my house to smell better and less like smoke?

my daughter wants to learn how to do a cartwheel..since I can do one she wants me to...and BOYYYYYYYYYYYYYY I am not 16. My legs were sore for two days. ANDDDDDD, anyone who wants to loose weight/keep fit...get a wii. I played for about an hour and I am sore. It only comes with one controler and one nunchuck (needed for boxing). So if multiple people want to play, you need to invest a little. But, all in all I would say that the wii is worth it. Anyway my whole point of this blog is that I am not 16, limber and in shape. I am not fat not at all, just a little lazy. I just can't bend and move like I did all those years ago. But I tell ya, my daughter and I are bonding very well.

We are just about at the end of our money. We have about $400 left after all the smoke clears. It may be a little higher but its close to 400. We went to Wal-Mart last nigbht and bought a tv stand...it is NICEEEEEEEEE. we got another wemote, a wemote charger, some batteries, and hubby got some shoes ($19.50). We bought some other minor things but thats the highlights. The rest goes to utilities or day to day things (gas food smokes) We spent 60% on fun and 40% on bills or bill type things...the shoes and clothes are considered bills, kinda ($40 for the shoes and clothes) I got the oil changed in our car, I got flea meds...I am very happy and satisfied with all we did. The money came at a good time, the shop hubby works at is closed Thursday and Friday for the 4th of July. Plus he is not making much this week. We are ok and will be ok...
not much else going on...just chillin and enjoying my days off...

you know how it is when you are expecting a large sum of money and you plan what to do with it, then you don't do that?? let me explain:
We got our income taxes and thought that me and my hubby would have $500 each to blow on stuff. After the tv and the flea meds and the other stuff. WELLLL, we do not have $500 each to blow, let alone $500 for just me or him to blow. We do not do it on purpose, or maybe we do but we piddle and spend a little here and a little there and it goes (out to eat, food, soda, smokes, magazines ) just a dollar here and a dollar there. It is all good I do not regret anything I have done so far....
I wanted to buy new dishes, a toaster, a microwave, much more clothes, etc and I suspect I will not do much if any of that.
We planned on the money months ago, and we talked about what we wanted to do, lots of things came to mind, but the tv wii and rockband stayed. that was a hell yes no matter what we are doing that. The flea meds and shoes are a hell yes too. we had probably $5000 spent in our head. hubby said we know where 80% is going lets just wing the rest..so we are.
feels good to have money and choices.
I wish you could see Joe our baby, he tries soooo hard to keep up with the bigger cats, and most of the time he does, its cute. He was born in March, so hes still a baby. The cats fly from couch to couch and most times Joe makes it too, its too cute.
got to go, got to run some errands before hubby goes to work.
everyone have a wonderful day...sending good happy vibes to Bry to have a great day !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a pretty good day at work yesterday...I have to set the tables for dinner and I got out there early and got er done. I do not enjoy setting tables, it takes about an hour to do... I think I am happier these days, hey money bought me a little bit of happiness..42 inches worth (haha) but seriously a month ago I would watch the gas tank praying I just made it where I had to go and now I can breathe and relax. We paid back hubbys boss and he was so thankful, he needed the money to make a bill. I came home last night about 7 or so and by 9:30 I was outtttttt. I was so tired. I took my daughter to K-Mart to buy a spacific toy she wanted and hit a huge clothing sale..I got her some pants, a shirt and a dress for 13 dollars.. sure glad I had the money.
I have always said that I have a good marriage...only minor things I would change. We have been through a lot in 13 years. Everything we could fight about or disagree on we have done it and we made it..We are very happy and in love. The only thing I would do different is maybe somehow have/save more money. We don't really fight about money.. its just...we have 50 dollars on monday and need gas, food and maybe a bill.... it seems like we are always a little short. (that was just an example, not true today)
Hubby gets paid at the end of every day he works, sometimes...if we have money he may let it slide till the next day. Becouse he is busy, or the boss is not around. Like now we got our income taxes friday and hubby made $50, he told his boss, just pay me monday. It's just my hubby and his boss, so they work it out ok. Its a good job...he goes in when he wants, within reason and can take my daughter if necessary...and can leave to pick her up from school or whatever.
Life is good for us..we are happy, I want new furnature, and a well behaved child, but really I would not change much,
