not much going on, just doing housework...lots of laundry...The cookout we were suppost to have was canceled. Hubby and I are so tired. Great week we just have one bill to pay for the month of April. We are doing fine!!!

my husband brought home $450 (he got $50 loaned to him) and we went out. He and his brother wanted chinese food, so we went to a new place to eat...it was ok. We spent about $80, tip and all. Then...hubby and his brother and wife went fishing..My daughter and I went shopping. Hubby gave me $200. It went fast!!!! After food, smokes, and gas...most was gone. I had to spend $20-$30 on non food items at Wal-mart. We needed just about everything. But we don't any more. I got my daughter three shirts and spent $23. Not bad for shopping at the mall. I had a great day. Hubby works more today and should bring home some more money. I get paid tomorrow...SOOO we are doing fine. Now we have to pay bills, most of the fun is over..We may be going to his brothers Wednesday for a cookout, then the fun is over. Fri, Sat, and Sun I work 11:30-7:30..YUCKKKKKKKK I had fun but I bet after Wed.,I will be tired and ready to stay home.

hey hubby got paid....going to eat out and shop. Spring break is going great. Its 70 degrees!!!!!!!! My daughter is going shopping with my mom tomorrow and going to her granddaddys Friday. This week should be great. I have money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last night we went to a battle of the bands show. It was held at the riverboat casino one town over. My husband works with the lead singer of the band we went to see. It was great. Our band won first place. It was sooo fun to get out of the house and just do something that did not involve our daughter or family. We see his brother, wife and child a lot. That is most of our social circle. But they were no where around last night!!!!!!!!!! Felt great!! We had about 12 or so dollars to our name and we blew it all, I played penny slot machines. Hubby stayed with some of the band groupies. I wandered around a lot. We kept in touch through our cell phones. Hubbys boss kept buying him drinks (Beam and Coke) and boyyyyyyyyy were they stout!!!! His boss won $200 so he was anywhere from even to $100 in the hole, we didn't get too nosey. His bosses sister works in a resteraunt on the boat so, after her shift we met up with her. It was sooo fun. and we are going back May 3rd. We left right after I got off work at about 7 and went to bed around 2:30 am. Can't wait to go back. I am a little tired, but not bad..

It would not be bad waiting for the $500 if we had some money in the mean time, but becouse this week was extremely slow for hubby..he did not make much. This was his least paying/slowest week yet. We have bills paid, but gas, food smokes.....we need STUFF. And to top it off we got invited to a concert/party by a local band we know and may not have the gas to go. Its at a casino....no $$$$$ darn the bad luck. I am hoping next week is better. My daughter is out for spring break...I have to work Tuesday..It all sucks. I hope I have some money soon.........ok I'll be quiet about the money stuff.

Hubby is obsessing about getting rock band superstar, I want a nintendo wii...Hubbys boss almost got him the rockband, but decided we may need the money instead. So when the money arrives we get $500 We don't have a game console either. Hubbys brother has an xbox 360. I do not what to purchase something I can not play in my own home 24-7.

I am thankful for all I have. Last year or so, I did not have what I have now. We were miles away from everything, in a giant house, with no cable and little to no gas 24-7. I sometimes sound ungreatful, kinda spoiled..But, I am just wanting to get to some normal and stay there. I want food 24-7, gas, and all bills paid. I am real close but this last week has set us back a bit. Everytime I try to save, it just goes out the door so fast. Shortining my hours have not hurt that much, it seems like every other week or so I get more hours somehow. My checks are from 280 to 350. about normal with no holiday pay or vacation days. I heard a rummor that our employee meeting is on next Tuesday....Anyway, I am very thankful for all I have, I am thankful that all my family ( and hubbys) is healthy. I have a roof over my head, and for the most part I have food in my belly. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I am doing ok.

I hear all the time that hubbys brothers wife is depressed. I do not know how to help. She and I used to talk on messanger, kinda private..she would open up to me and say things that were kinda personal, I do not have messanger on this computer and may not get it (its more hubbys computer than mine) So, I do not hear as much as I once did. When she and her husband have no money, she kinda acts like its ok,or something. She does not publically show her emotions as I do, so I have no idea whats going on sometimes. I'd like to help her but do not know how...We have never really been close, we don't go shopping or do "girl stuff" I really don't have much in common with her. She seems to like to be alone and chat on the computer...their computer died this past week. Right now I don't have the gas money or time to spend with her, but would like to soon. I just want to help, not pry. I'll comment more about her at a later date...
