when I was a child/teen 100 dollars went far. I could spend on it for days. Now it lasts five minutes. Today we got our state income tax. $268. after we put $40 in the gas tank my husband and I split what was left. I was excited about having extra money that did not go to bills. My husband said, I'll buy lunch, and eventually spend it. I bought milk and cat food and spent $12. years ago I'd have five or six items for the same cash. Money does not go far these days. I hope becouse we got our state money that federal is right around the corner. I will go to Wal-Mart after work and in an hour or so the money will be a memory.

My other non pregnant female is in heat. Soooo we had to do something. The two male cats are outside only cats. They misbehave all the time. We are getting Mary Jane spayed asap!!!!!!!! We are just waiting on our income tax. The two guys will stay outside.. It is not going well at the moment, but we have to start somewhere. The next step is the humane society or just give the away. We will give this some time first.

any time we get our income taxes back is great, and its already spent in my mind...$1000 for me $1000 for hubby, $500 to savings and $500 to bills. not bad. I'd love to have it back before I am off this next weekend. We have no clue what we are going to do. We both come to the conclusion we would see how much money we have then decide.
Hubbys brother got two jobs..he works from 6 am till 11pm. The second job has some travel, but not much. (he works about an hour out of town). Maybe he can keep these jobs and actually move. I wish he would. What I really wish is that his wife would pick up their dirty house. She sleeps some and chats on the computer almost all day! What a lazy person.
Not much else to tell..still have two baby kittens and one very pregnant cat.

My mom takes dinner to the older kids at church..when she does she usually brings me the leftovers. I did not get any leftovers yesterday. A down on your luck male came by the church. My mo gave the leftovers to him. I felt happy that she helped, but I also felt happy that I did not need the food. My husband and I talked, we have lots to be thankful for. Even when we were at our last house..we still had more than this man. I feel blessed. I was off work yesterday and my husband said you do so much for me (us, the family) He was so happy. and I am too. When we get our income tax, I am thinking about donating $50 to a charity..I'd give more, but we want to save as much as we can. We also want a wii.
You can always find something to be thankful for, no matter what your life situation is. You can always rise above your troubles. Bad things don't last forever...if life is bad,go out and spread some joy. Be happy for what you have, not sad for what you don't have.

My husband is a sub-contractor..he works for another guy. He does not pay taxes through the year. We filed our taxes and we are suppost to get $3100 back from federal and $274 from state. We did not have to pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hubby worked today and made some money, so for the moment we are doing ok. I hope we get the refund. We file an injured spouse form. My husbands refund usually goes to a student loan...but its all my money, so I hope I get it allllll.
We still have two kittens..born last Thursday. The other mother cat is STILL pregnant.
